The 4th Annual Festival of Funk

“A Celebration of sours, saisons, and all things funky, carefully curated from some of the most fearlessly innovative brewers in the world.” Modern Times fourth annual Festival of Funk held in the North Promenade was a perfect blend of everything we love - community, laughter, good food, great drinks and a beautiful location to take the cake!

So many rad breweries came out to pour drinks for this year’s Festival of Funk. Including Society Brewing Company, Burial Beer, Other Half Brewing, Creature Comfort Brewing Co., Half Acre Beer Co., and over 30 more wonderful companies.

The beautiful green grass is the perfect place to walk, sit, talk and drink!

The 75,000 sq.ft. greenbelt was the perfect space for hundreds of vendors to post up and share the tastiest sours and saisons they had curated.

Access to a perfectly blank slate for vendors to set up tents and install interactive art pieces are just a few of the reasons why the North Promenade is one of our favorites!

We are loving everything about this funky festival! The greenery and landscape offers a beautiful scenery that events get the opportunity to build off of and make into their own, unique event space.
