San Diego's 1st Annual Boochfest

Co-created, Nick Angulo + Ivory Melone, founded SoCal’s first ever kombucha festival, rightly named BoochFest, which featured tastings from over 20 brands, a hard booch lounge, a zen zone, wellness classes, a makers market, live music and more. How has this not been a thing before?? We were just as baffled as you are. Check out how BoochFest transformed our North Promenade into a spring-day dream festival!

The 75,000 sq.ft. greenbelt creates a wonderful blank slate for food vendors, tasting stations, and more!

The Zen Zone transformed from a yoga session in the morning to wellness classes throughout the day for attendees to pop in and out of. Worried about the planes overhead? Quiet Clubbing provided headphones that connected the listeners to the instructor during booch workshops and meditation classes.

Vendors, like Bootstrap Kombucha, The Swig Rig, Blessed Booch, and Bambucha came out to share their locally crafted kombucha, products, and giveaways. Check out Swiggy, The Swig Rig’s vintage mobile bar- perfect for weddings, corporate happy hours, receptions, and fundraisers!

BoochFest rented the back beer garden of Stone Brewing to extend their hard booch lounge. They continued the good vibes in the lounge with corn hole, hard booch vendors, and spaces for guests to chill and enjoy the live music.

“Get Your Booch On” painted wooden wall provided by local artists- same as the rotating live bands and singers who performed throughout the day.

The shaded paths make for a relaxing space on either side of the greenbelt for guests to walk up and down outside the vendor areas.
